Anointing of the Sick
- Appropriate times to seek the sacrament of anointing of the sick:
  
  Prior to surgery or any procedure when you will be put under anesthesia
  
  Any illness that requires hospitalization
  
  After the diagnosis of a serious illness
  
  Advanced Age (illness or hospitalization not necesary)
  
  To request to be anointed call Father at (574)583-5724 (Monticello) or 765-564-2407 (Delphi)
  
  ALSO the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick is regularly administered during 5:30pm Mass on the First Wednesday of the month at Our Lady of the Lakes in Monticello.
  
  Please let us know if your loved one is in the hospital for an extended period so that they can be visited (the hospitals do not inform us).
- Sick and Homebound
  
  Sick and homebound parishioners are visited regularly by Ministers of Holy Communion and by Father. Call the office to make arrangements, 574-583-6790 (Monticello) or 765-564-2407 (Delphi).
